Pet Policy

Ashland Court is a Pet Friendly Community with the allowance of up to two domesticated animals; cats and/or dogs. Restricted breeds apply and include: American Staffordshire Terriers/American Pit Bull Terriers (aka Pit Bulls), Cane Corsos, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids. Pet rent at $15/pet with no more than two domestic animals per home. A one time nonrefundable pet fee is due upon move in or at the time pet arrives at $300/pet. Updated rabies vaccination records are required to be supplied to the management. No reptilian, arachnoid, or amphibious species allowed.
